　　陈小生（欧阳震华 饰）与朱素娥（关咏荷 饰）成为了热恋的情侣。但娥姐因上一段失败婚姻的关系，对婚姻失去了信心，想用一年的时间考察小生的表现。娥姐的表现越来越出色，很快她升为了沙展，领导一队男子汉执行任务，也遇到了前所未有的挫折，因此十分希望小生能够有积极的表现，待经济稳定后托付终生给小生。同时，被娥姐逼得太紧的小生认识了一位美丽的邻居沈翘（姚莹莹 饰）。生性独立的沈翘与小生相当投契，更主动向小生示爱，小生与娥姐之间的感情经历起了考验…bbb　　至于陈三元（滕丽名 饰）与程锋（魏俊杰 饰）结为了夫妻，但同样要强的两人婚后产生了很多冲突，工作上两人也有很多分歧，三元于是申请了调职。夫妻俩聚少离多，寂寞难耐的程锋竟与一名酒吧里认识的女郎发生了一夜情，三元得知后决定与程锋分居。与程锋拗气的三元冒险追查一宗有关色魔的案件，不慎落入歹徒魔掌……
